With 2 groups of golfers and only one getting past the mobile chicane on the course the 2nd group had a very long round.

On a windy but sunny day – the course turned out to be a lot drier than expected, with some hard ground under feet and under balls!
We played off winter tees but on summer greens, but under winter rules
With bunkers GUR and a wet course- winter golf returned to the society
Ade & Paul K beat Graham and Paul M by one hole
John and Tom beat Jason and Colin 2&1

Ian arranged a splendid day for us – no rain and some testing holes to challenge a medal round.
The morning was played as 4 teams for a Texas Scramble (Frank had just flown in from the orient so rested up)

A damp day for a 4 ball battle which Graham played well and the President broke his driver again
